FIELD: apparatuses for processes of heat- and mass-transfer in gas-liquid system such as absorption-desorption, heating- cooling, moistening-drying and gas cleaning in chemical, food processing and allied industries. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has body provided with device in its upper part for distribution of spraying liquid and gas discharge outlet pipe and located in its lower part branch pipes for liquid discharge and gas supply separated in middle part by layers of fibrous permeable packing with devices for individual supply of spraying liquid to each layer. Layer of fibrous packing is enclosed between flexible metals nets and made in the form of flexible corrugated plate spacer with horizontal corrugations tightly installed in vertical channel and their corrugation tops pressed to its wall. Upper end of layer of fibrous packing is introduced into trough for supply of spraying liquid. EFFECT: higher intensity of processes of heat- and mass-transfer, reduced hydraulic resistance and apparatus overall dimensions. 1 dwg
