FIELD: the invention refers to technique of ventilation and air conditioning.
SUBSTANCE: arrangement for thermo moist air processing has a sprinkler chamber with a tray for water based in air channel with ventilator, its discriminator is a cross turbine with blades out of hydroscopic material having contact with liquid mirror in the tray. It is located in the sprinkler chamber transversely to the flow on the horizontal shaft. At that segments out of hydroscopic material are located in parallel to the air flow on the blades of the cross turbine at the distance of 10-20 centimeters from each other and the horizontal shaft of turbine has a breaking arrangement for regulating promptness in accordance with the time.
EFFECT: simplification of construction.
