FIELD: production of ingots. SUBSTANCE: method involves manufacturing mold by using lining and hermetically sealing films; vacuumizing mold and pouring metal into it. Microcracks formed in crystalline phase generate electric charges in metal. While ingot is formed, electric charges are removed by earthing metal mass and supplying voltage of 0.1-0.5 V.
