ELECTRIC GENERATOR WITH FLUIDYNE ENGINE Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

Abstract RU 2133360 C1

FIELD: heat-power engineering; devices working by Stirling cycle. SUBSTANCE: stable continuous operation of engine 1 is ensured by means of principle of reaction jet at delivery of external heat to cavity 11. During operation of engine 1, volume and pressure of working medium (gas) in cavities 10, 11 and passage 9 are subjected to cyclic change causing forced oscillations of column of liquid in cold tube 2, hot tube 3 outlet tube 4. Oscillations of liquid in tube 4 are converted into reciprocating motion of magnet 7 suspended from grid 5 by means of spring 6 along axis of coil 8, thus giving rise to generation of electric current. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 dwg
