LIQUID PISTON ELECTRIC GENERATOR Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

Abstract RU 2133361 C1

FIELD: heat power engineering; devices operating according to Stirling cycle. SUBSTANCE: stable continuous operation of engine 1 when external heat is supplied to space 12 is provided by reactive jet. With engine 1 operating, cyclic change of volume and pressure of working medium (gas) in spaces 11, 12 and in channel 10 takes place providing forced oscillations of liquid columns in cold tube 2, hot tube 3 and outlet tube 4. Oscillations of liquid in tube 4 are converted into reciprocation of magnet 7 coupled through rod 6 with flexible diaphragm 8 along axis of coil 9 which induces current in coil. EFFECT: conversion of energy of working medium oscillations into useful electric energy. 1 dwg
