SUBSTANCE: device has housing with projection and impeller enclosing the projection with clearance, forming together a toroidal working channel consisting of inner and outer parts, working blades and divider with shaped surface installed, respectively, in outer and inner parts of channel, intake straight branch pipe with cutoff and exhaust branch pipe, both placed in communication with channel at different sides of divider.
