FIELD: computerized automatic control systems. SUBSTANCE: system has central computer module with input/output device connected through information network channels with monitoring and/or measuring, and/or controlling sensors and control devices for parts and units of building engineering equipment. System is provided with controllers connected in star or bus circuit to input/output device of central computer module. Each controller is connected in series with remote in[put/output module; each of the latter is connected to respective sensor or control device. There is also at least one additional computer station whose input/output module is connected to respective controller so as to ensure local monitoring and control of units and sets of at least one functionally independent part of engineering equipment of building in compliance with computer software. EFFECT: improved reliability of monitoring and centralized control of engineering equipment. 10 cl, 1 dwg
