SUBSTANCE: transmitter has maximum low-frequency signal level limiter 1 as well as predistortion shaper 2 and envelope detector 3 whose inputs are connected to limiter 1 and outputs, to adder 4; carrier-frequency master oscillator 5; electronic stages 6.1-6n of final power amplifiers, and output band filter 7. Electronic stages 6.1-6n have DC pulse amplifier 8 incorporating DC amplifier, reference-voltage generator, and pulse-length modulator; low-frequency demodulating filter 9 connected between pulse amplifier 8 and final stage 10 incorporating control transformer/phase splitter and connected into unregulated voltage inverter circuit. Output of final stage 10 is connected through series-type power- summing transformer unit to output band filter 7. First control input of final stage 10 is connected to adder 4 through control input of pulse amplifier 8 and second reference input, to master oscillator 5.
