FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: method for generation of single-band signal involves generation of modulation signal, which has amplitude constituent of signal to be generated, by means of automatic amplitude control system. Then, method involves power amplification of modulation signal by means of high-efficiency power gate amplitude modulator with pulse-width modulation, and sending amplified signal through low-pass filter to collector circuit of composite transistor of high- power output synchronized self-oscillator. At the same time, synchronization signal, which contains frequency constituent of single-band signal to be generated, is sent by low-power master self- oscillator, which is controlled using frequency-control automatic regulation system directly through regulated attenuator, i.e. without power amplification. Said frequency-constituent signal is sent to sensitive synchronization circuit of same high-power synchronized self-oscillator, which synthesizes and outputs transmitter output signal.
