FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: according to method, driven in main horizon and ventilation horizon is accumulating drift and ventilation drift which are connected to each other by diagonal extracting workings which are contouring around coal strips. Stopes are made in floor of extracting working by means of heading cutter-loader machines with reloading unit and cut coal is conveyed by gravity by means of hydraulic transportation system to accumulating drift. Application of aforesaid method allows for reduction of scopes of development workings together with use of cutter-loader machines for extracting coal in sloping and steep seams at floors which are liable to getting soaked. Simultaneously improved are conditions for ventilation of stopes. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 dwg
