SUBSTANCE: development method of gently sloping and inclined coal beds of various configuration and hypsometry, which are complicated with geological interruptions, including drilling and preparation of bed, extraction of coal, pillar extraction, gravity hydraulic transport of mined rock and complete roof caving, differs by the fact that bed is divided into mining blocks along boundaries of geological interruptions so that protective pillars are maintained on one and/or both sides from them. And mining blocks are prepared with mining ovens providing ventilation and gravity hydraulic transport of mined rock along the soil of workings. Coal is excavated during return movement with shortwall faces by means of mechanical-hydraulic method so that process pillars are maintained in side walls of drivings and damped throughout the length of hydraulic monitor jet with hydraulic method implemented with installation of high-pressure pump operating as per booster diagram on mechanical hydraulic combine, and hanging of hydraulic monitor on operating arrow-shaped member of the combine. And complete roof caving is reached by cutting slots in the roof of workings with hydraulic monitor jet.
