SUBSTANCE: device includes hydraulic pump provided with suction and discharge branch pipes connected with pipes of hydraulic main and polymer module made in form of cylinder whose interior is divided into two cavities by piston mounted in it. One cavity is communicated with discharge branch pipe of hydraulic pump by means of pipe line through throttle valve and other cavity is filled with polymer paste and is communicated with suction branch pipe by means of pipe line through non-return valve.
