FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: hydraulic gear comprises hydraulic distribution valve, a pump, a hydraulic tank, an automatic unloading valve, hydraulic accumulator, a spring-loaded multiplier of pressure, a drain and pressure supply lines. Hydraulic drive additionally comprises a grapple hydraulic cylinder, support-rotating device of the manipulator, a hydraulic cylinder of the handle, a boom hydraulic cylinder, a nonadjustable hydromotor, hydraulic cylinders of extension. Grapple capture hydraulic cylinder is connected through a spool-type of section of hydraulic distribution valve with a pressure section communicated with the hydraulic accumulator, and the drain supply lines. Cavities behind rod of double-acting hydraulic cylinders of support-rotating device through the throttle and a spool-type device of the hydraulic distribution valve section are communicated with the pressure and drain supply lines. The cavity of the spring-loaded pressure multiplier from the side of larger diameter of the piston is communicated through the spool device of the hydraulic distribution valve section with cavity behind rod of the handle hydraulic cylinder. The cavity of the spring-loaded pressure multiplier from the side of smaller diameter is communicated through one check valve with the pressure and through another - with the drain supply lines. Handle hydraulic cylinder the spool device is connected with the pressure and drain supply lines. Hydraulic cylinder of the extension through the spool device of the section of the hydraulic distribution valve is communicated with the drain and pressure supply lines. The nonadjustable hydromotor through another supply lines section is communicated with the drain and pressure supply lines. The cavity of the spring-loaded pressure multiplier from the side of the larger diameter of the piston device is communicated through the spool device of the hydraulic distribution valve section with the cavity behind the rod of the boom hydraulic cylinder. The cavity of the spring-loaded pressure multiplier from the side of the smaller diameter communicated through a check valve with the pressure and through another - with the drain supply lines. The boom hydraulic cylinder through the spool device is communicated with the pressure and drain supply lines. The hydraulic accumulator is made in the sealed cavity, for example, the manipulator arm, filled with working fluid under pressure. In the cavity of the manipulator arm the elastic elements are placed in the form of separate chambers of spherical shape filled under the gas, made of elastic material.
EFFECT: implementation of hydraulic actuator enables to reduce fuel consumption and metal consumption of wood manipulator, to increase its reliability.
