SUBSTANCE: proposed heating device has housing with heat exchange chamber in form of radiators filled with heat carrying agent, for instance, water featuring electrical conduction properties and capabilities of electrolytic heating. Heating member of through electrode type consists of inner and outer members connected with current supply terminals from device control unit checking temperature conditions in heat exchange chamber and, consequently, in heated room. High efficiency of device obtained owing to its design is combined with economy as to power consumption at high specific heat emission. EFFECT: provision of comfortable conditions in residential, public and store rooms, heating of vehicle cabs and passenger compartments and field mobile stations. 3 cl, 3 dwg
