FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: operation is based on processes of excessive energy release acting at a liquid causing cavitation. A heat generator of a room heating device comprises a body with a heat exchange chamber, filled with coolant, a heating element, comprising three electrodes according to number of supply voltage phases, every of which is directly connected with the appropriate AC phase and is fixed via a dielectric insert in an insulated manner to one point to the body. The flow swirling device additionally serves as a cavitator and is made perforated, one end of which is fixed on a flange connected via a seal with the body, and the opposite end has a gap with a part of the body, where the electrode with the dielectric insert is fixed. Coolant is moved in a manifold under pressure pulled by means of a pump, for instance.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of device usage due to usage of inner additional energy of liquid.
