FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: sinking well is used in erection of underground structures above existing structures and service lines. Sinking well has blade part and walls. Made in walls are vertical shafts for loose material. Vertical shafts are separated from each other by partitions. Also provided in walls are tier-like arranged openings with shutter gates. Lower tier of openings is located inside well above blade part, other tiers of openings are located inside well. Openings are made with incline towards discharge of loose material. Angle of incline is by 8-10 deg. larger than angle of repose of loose material. Application of aforesaid embodiment of sinking well prevents uncontrolled sinking of well or wedging of well. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 4 dwg
