FIELD: locking devices. SUBSTANCE: this lock relates to locking devices of special design and particularly to locks of pendulum type. Lock can be used for doors and gates of any type. Lock has body and key with recesses. Body is provided with two operating strips which are located parallel to each other. Made in each operating strip at internal side are arc-like protrusions extending from center of hole to key which are identical to recesses in key. Body is provided with anchor-shaped pendulum which is located on common axis with key. Fastened on its both ends are latches. Also there is pawl for fixing pendulum in open position. Arc-like protrusions on operating strips originate and terminate at different distances from edge of operating strips and they extend to value which is larger than middle of space between operating strips. Aforesaid embodiment of lock allows for increasing its reliability together with reduction of cost for its manufacture. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 5 dwg
