The extract contains 11.33-13.63% of proteins, including amino acids in the amount of 4.17-5.0% from absolute dry mass, 20000-25500 mkg/ml of iodine, sugars on conversion to glucose 0.3-1.65% with pH equal to 3.5-5.0.
