FIELD: construction material industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has two cylindrical casings, with one of them being foam generator and other being sand core mixer. Foam generator has foam generating members made in the form of cylindrical pack constructed of thin flexible wires extending in parallel with shaft axis so as to define gaps between their ends and surface of capillary disk of 0.1-0.3 mm size. Capillary disk has capillaries of 0.01-0.1 mm size. Sand core mixer has rotor with impeller and mixing cores disposed in parallel with shaft. Cylindrical casings are interconnected at one side via foam dispensing branch pipe and at other side their bearing units are connected with airducts. Net with cells of 0.1-0.3 mm size is positioned in foam dispensing branch pipe. EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation and improved quality of foam. 3 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl
