FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used, in particular for production of cellular mixes and their transportation to the area of installation in heat-insulation structures of buildings and works, and also for production of wall blocks, floor slabs and monolithic construction. Cellulating mixer comprises hollow volume vessel made of two parts, one of parts of which is arranged with diffuser and confusor chambers, and ejector foam generator ending with a conical narrowing arranged in confusor chamber is coaxially installed in cavity of the second part, and the following components are connected to chamber of ejector foam generator mixing - nozzle of pressurised foam generator aqueous solution supply and nozzle of compressed air supply, the latter of which is communicated to chamber of mixing by means of foam generator aqueous solution supply, which is arranged in the form of hollow cylindrical element movably installed in mixing chamber with conical narrowing at the front end, having opening for supply of compressed air into mixing chamber, and needle-type controller of compressed air supply, which is movable in axial direction, is installed in cavity of cylindrical element, moreover, downstream diffuser of ejector foam generator, along with travel of components, on cylindrical part of its body and on conical narrowing, through openings are accordingly arranged, as well as through longitudinal grooves for cellulation and enrichment of mortar mix with concentrated solution of foam generator, besides between external surface of ejector foam generator and internal surface of mixer body there is a circular cavity, with which nozzle of mortar mix supply is communicated via opening in mixer body, and on cylindrical surface of ejector foam generator body there are elements of cavitation and blades of mix swirling.
EFFECT: simplified production-technological cycle of cellular mixes and products making due to combination of several functional operations in a single device, and also improvement of physical-mechanical properties.
