FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: described is new aqueous dispersible polymeric composition comprises (a) water-soluble polymer in the form of particles selected from cellulose ethers, starches, water-soluble synthetic polymers and biosaccharides and (b) finely dispersed dispersant in the form of particles consisting of at least one water-insoluble or poorly soluble fatty acid or fatty acid salt. Dispersant in particle form has water solubility of equal or greater than 0.3 g/l at 20 C and melting temperature of equal or higher than 50 C, and finally dispersed dispersant in particle form is distributed over surface of water-soluble polymer in particle form, said finely dispersed dispersant (b) being present within 0.1 to 30 wt % based on sum of (a) and (b).
