FIELD: stamping. SUBSTANCE: unit assembled of specimen with clamp and matrix is placed in container and deformed by steel shot, 0.5-1.5 mm in diameter, with the aid of punch in power plant. Device performs stretching for difference kinds of deformation in matrix with ellipse hole, with different size of ellipse smaller diameter and constant large diameter of ellipse. When specimen is deformed, rubber gasket is used which thickness S is calculated depending on steel shot diameter D by formula S = 2D of shot.
