FIELD: stamping.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sheet stamping, in particular to the sheet materials mechanical properties study for their formability evaluation, as well as to the use of shaping sheet-forming operations in CAD/CAE-systems for computer modeling and design. Device contains a punch, a matrix and a clamp. Clamp has a rift of triangular cross section in plan along a circle concentric with the round contour of the punch, the end of which is hemispherical, and on the matrix, a corresponding recess is made for this rift, taking into account the thickness of the test sheet material, so that after clamping, the side surfaces of the rift and the workpiece fit snugly to each other with a gap between the workpiece and the clamping plane from which the rift comes out, or between the punch and the workpiece directly above the end of the punch inside the rift in the plan there is at least one anti-friction film of such a diameter that during the test the workpiece touches the surface of the punch only through this film, or on the surface of the workpiece facing the punch, there is an anti-friction film with dimensions outside the rift so that, after clamping, the rift is aligned with the workpiece along its edge portion.

EFFECT: technical result: reduction of time and improvement of the quality of design of technological processes and tooling, saving sheet material by reducing the scrap rate when debugging technological processes, as well as a significant simplification of the choice of sheet material and equipment for sheet metal stamping of parts, for example, car body parts and other equipment.
