SUBSTANCE: working tool has centrifugal disk with blades of different height and length mounted at different angles to radial direction. Blades of similar size are arranged in opposed relation. Blades of minimum height and length are mounted on disk in front of blades of intermediate height, which are positioned in front of highest blades. Centers of symmetry of all blades are arranged on arc of circle of radius R=(0.33-0.38)Dd1, where Dd1 is diameter of disk. Longest blades extend beyond disk edge for distance l mm, l= - (10-15), where L is spreader disk center-to-center distance, mm.
