FIELD: grinding of fodder grain and other loose agricultural materials. SUBSTANCE: grinder has two coaxially positioned discs rotating towards each other. Circular grooves in form of alternating triangular projections and hollows are made on internal surfaces of discs. Angle at apices of projections is equal to angle of hollows. In addition, radial grooves are provided on internal surfaces of discs in which blades are installed. Radial grooves follow circular grooves in form and protrude above their surface. Ground material passes to central part of grinder through hollow shaft of one of discs. When discs rotate towards each other particles to be ground are actuated by counter operating edges of blades and, while moving from grinder center to periphery, they are ground effectively.
