FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has head for fastening artificial denture and intraosseous part as casing with members imitating periodontal ligaments attached to it. Fixing members are manufactured from material possessing shape memory properties, oriented in radial direction and positioned on the middle part of the casing in parallel to its axis. The casing is wider in its proximal part and has cylindrical grooves for receiving fixing member pedicles, directed in parallel to casing axis. Pedicle ends are placed into dead holes produced in the upper ring- shaped platform of distal rest part of the casing that ends in spherical base and has oval lateral opening which axis intersects the casing axis in perpendicular to it. The method involves preparing bed, placing the implant having previously mounted fixing member, on the bed by axially shifting the implant deep into the bed and then removing the fixing member after implant installation is over.
