FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has supporting plate having fixing members and conic head members hanging downward. The implant is manufactured from alloy possessing thermomechanical shape memory properties. Being subperiosteal, the first fixing member is formed by pedicles, originating in the supporting plate on its both sides upward at an angle of 45-55° relative to horizontal plane, and alternating conic heads. Being intraosseous, the second fixing member is placed in supporting plate end and manufactured as unclosed ring. The upper part of the ring is bent at an angle of 15-20° relative to vertical plane of implant supporting plate. The first fixing member pedicles are sharp ended. The intraosseous -subperiosteal implant has 2-4 conic heads and the first fixing member has 2-4 pedicles, respectively depending on defect size and the number of teeth to be substituted. The supporting plate has additional second fixing member placed on the other plate end.
EFFECT: high stability of the implant; maximum shape adaptation; long service life.
