FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for application in wood-working industry when manufacturing materials with finished surface and edges. Impregnation solution is prepared from special-type impregnation melamine-formaldehyde resin and, as hardener, organic acids comprising functional groups other than carboxylic group. Thereupon, texture paper and other-type paper are impregnated with prepared solution and assembled into packet. Laminated packed is pressed at 130-150 C and pressure 1-2 MPa. Inner laminate surface is covered with polyvinylacetate glue and laminated is pasted to slab, overhanging parts being treated in infrared heating zone. Further, using round-section steel bars, laminate is bent following shape of working surface and is rolled to surface of slab until glue is completely fastened. EFFECT: simplified technology and reduced consumption of melamine in resin. 1 tbl, 3 ex
