FIELD: production of laminated wooden tile materials used as outer layers of heat insulating sandwich panels.

SUBSTANCE: method involves producing laminate followed by joining of laminate with surface of wooden tiles; manufacturing laminate by applying gel coat onto surface of vacuum table, followed by hardening thereof; placing glass mat layer onto gel coat layer and impregnating glass mat layer with resin; joining laminate with surface of wooden tiles by placing it onto laminate with further vacuumizing. Before applying of gel coat, layers of putty are preferably applied onto surface of vacuum table and onto flanges. Gel coat may be applied in two layers. Veneer sheet may be used as wooden tile material. Laminated wooden tile material is composed of wooden tile material layer and laminate layer. Laminate is composed of hardened gel coat joined with wooden tile material by means of glass mat impregnated with resin. Veneer sheet may be used as layer of wooden tile material. Material may be used as outer layer of heat insulating sandwich panel.

EFFECT: simplified manufacture method and provision for producing of monolithic laminated wooden tiles.
