FIELD: aeronautical engineering. SUBSTANCE: flying vehicle has disk-shaped casing 1 which has vertical shafts 6 with propellers 5 and control jets 10 and pilot cabin 12. Pneumatic motor 7 is mounted rotatably over contour of casing 1. Thrust created by propellers 5 lifts the vehicle and control jets 10 ensure controllability in heading (left - right, forward - backward). Pneumatic motor 7 protects casing 1 in case of collision with obstacle and freely rotating it does not brake vehicle at contact with obstacle.
