SUBSTANCE: method consists in that air-dry sample of lignocarbohydrate materials (20 g) are treated with monochloroacetic acid sodium salt (7.2-29.0 g) and sodium hydroxide (2.8-10.6 g) by intensive disintegration for 5-30 min at 10 C with no water added.
