FIELD: cosmetic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: composition for oxidative dyeing of keratin fibers, in particular, human keratin fibers such as hair is distinguished by that it contains, in a dyeing acceptable medium, (i) at least one first oxidizable base selected from the group including p-phenylenediamine, 2- methyl-p-phenylenediamine, and their acid addition salts; (ii) at least one dye-forming component selected from p-phenylenediamine derivatives with general formula I: (I), wherein R1 is hydrogen atom, C1-C4-alkyl, hydroxy-C1-C4-alkyl, or polyhydroxy-C2-C4-alkyl; R2 and R4, the same or different, are hydrogen atom, C1-C4-alkyl, or hydroxy-C1-C4-alkyl; R3 is C1-C4- alkoxy, amino-C1-C4-alkoxy, hydroxy-C1-C4-alkoxy, polyhydroxy-C2-C4-alkoxy, or 2,4-diaminophenoxyalkoxy radical; provided that, when R1 is hydrogen, then R2 and R4 cannot be simultaneously beta-hydroxyethoxy radicals and, when R1,R2,R3 are hydrogen atoms, then R4 cannot be methoxy radical; and their acid addition salts; and (iii) at least one second oxidizable base selected from tertiary p-phenylenediamine derivatives with general formula II: (II), wherein R5 is C1-C4-alkyl, hydroxy-C1-C4-alkyl, or polyhydroxy- C2-C4-alkyl; R6 is hydroxy-C1-C4-alkyl or polyhydroxy-C2-C4-alkyl; R7 is hydrogen atom, C1-C4/ -alkyl, C1-C4-alkoxy or halogen atoms; or their acid addition salts. EFFECT: improved coloration properties. 16 cl, 4 tbl, 6 ex
