FIELD: construction machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: working member relates to such earth cutting and moving machines as motor graders and bulldozers. Working member of machine has central section with internal pocket with open ends and at edges of lower side. Located in pocket are extending hydraulically operated side sections which are installed in pocket by means of slide members secured on their rear sides and embraced. Fastened on rear wall of pocket are rectilinear embracing guide members. They are installed as oppositely inclined with respect to each other with raising in direction from ends towards middle of central section. Internal pocket of central section is made in the form of cylindrical single-side wedge which is provided with upper and rear walls. Front wall of central section is made concentric with respect to front sheet of mouldboard in central section. Rear wall is made in the form of plane which is parallel to plane of lateral cross-section of longitudinal cutting blade of front sheet in central section. Upper wall is in the form of plane which is parallel to rear wall of internal pocket. Upper rear wall takes the configuration of straight cylindrical trough which is parallel to cutting edge of central section with possible partial location in it of cases of operating hydraulic cylinders when their rods are extending. Each operating hydraulic cylinder has its case which is parallel to guide members secured to central section by means of simple pivoted joint. Rod of operating hydraulic cylinder is connected to corresponding side section by means of simple pivoted joint. Aforesaid embodiment of working member of earth cutting and moving machine is prominent for its high productive capacity, simple design, and superb reliability. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 6 dwg
