EXHAUST STACK Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: exhaust stack relates to construction of ground surface structures and is used for withdrawing smog and gasified production waste. Exhaust stack has head-piece made in the form of stratosphere balloon. Self-positioning of stratosphere balloon along axial line of exhaust stack direction is ensured by automatic controller containing regulating units, stopping unit in body, guide member, spring-biased piston interacting with stratosphere balloon and oriented by means of weather vane. In addition, exhaust stack is provided with skirt made of heat-resistant material. Lower surface of skirt is subjected to attack by smoke gas outcoming from pneumatic sheathing. Aforesaid embodiment of exhaust stack is reliable in operation and simple in servicing. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
