AUTOMATIC MECHANICAL DEVICE TO TAKE SAMPLES OF PARTICLES CONTAMINATING AIR Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

Abstract RU 2229108 C2

FIELD: meteorology. SUBSTANCE: invention can be utilized to determine pollution parameters by measurement of contaminants precipitated on surface of filter. Automatic mechanical device to take samples of particles contaminating air has filter frames, solenoid, return spring and control unit. Device also includes flow fan which part is mounted for interaction with filter frames. Solenoid is mounted for axial movement under action of return spring. Rod of drum in device is linked by rope with weight for its turn and drum is fitted with limiter of its turn interacting with microswitch of control unit, which controls axial movement of drum with the aid of timer. Frame with precipitated particles is placed in enclosure. EFFECT: device is simple in attendance, is capable of operation under off-line condition and ensures measurement accuracy of contaminants in taken samples. 1 dwg
