FIELD: recovery of fluids from wells of various purpose. SUBSTANCE: method can be used for operation of oil wells. According to method, immersible pump is lowered into well. Used in function of immersible pump is sucker-rod plunger pump. Body of pump is provided with upper and lower holes which are located at different height through distance which is larger than length of pump plunger. Pump has by-pass passages. Passages and holes in pump are arranged so that above-plunger space of pump can communicate through them with under-plunger space of pump when plunger is in extreme upper position. In process of well operation, output of fluid recovered from well is monitored. At reduction of output, discharge line at well head is closed periodically by one or two times per month. Closing of discharge line at well head is continued for period corresponding to 30-40 thousand of plunger strokes and until well output is increased. In further operation, when well output drops below permissible value, frequency of closing discharge line at well head is increased. Application of aforesaid method allows for increasing output of productive bed due to subjecting this bed to waving action. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 6 cl, 1 dwg
