FIELD: oil industry, operation of wells with high gas-oil ratio. SUBSTANCE: process can also be employed in wells operated at dynamic levels at intake of sucker-rod pump. According to process sucker-rod pump is mounted that in extreme upper position of plunger its space above plunger hydraulically communicates with space under it. Free gas in process of operation is sucked from tubular annulus of well by sucker-rod pump plant. At same time coefficient of admission is raised and hydraulic shocks are eliminated by way of keeping dynamic level at intake of sucker-rod pump plant with provision for separation of liquid flow. It is injected from hollow rods into hole clearance between tubing string and solid rods. In each pumping cycle separated liquid is directed into collector located between tubing string and hollow rods and at end of upward stroke of plunger separated liquid from collector is injected into internal space of cylinder through throttling device. Injection of flow liquid from hollow rods into hole annulus is ensured in zone where pressure in flow of liquid is below saturation pressure. Device comprises cylinder with intake valve and plunger with pressure valve. Device is fitted with filter having radial holes. Filter is positioned in tubing string. Hollow rod passes through filter. It is connected to plunger and hollow rods. In zone where pressure in flow of liquid is below saturation pressure hollow rods are linked to solid rods by means of coupling with conduits for passage of extracted liquid. Cylinder is joined to tubing string with the use of branch pipe. Longitudinal conical conduit is made in its internal surface. There is mounted guiding pipe inside which ribs are positioned over circumference to center plunger with reference to axis of cylinder at end of upward stroke. Collector is placed between tubing string and hollow rods. It is so implemented that separated liquid is collected in amount needed for optimal operation with coefficient of admission of sucker-rod pimp plant in each pumping cycle. EFFECT: raised output of oil, increased operational reliability of ground and underground deep-seated equipment, reduced service expenses, decreased dimensions of plant. 2 cl, 4 dwg
