FIELD: hydraulic booster; forming artificial pulsating flows of large masses of liquid near water surface. SUBSTANCE: hydraulic booster includes hermetic housing 1 with floats 2, electric motor 3 with V-belt drive with drive pulleys 4 and 5, driven pulley 6 and shaft 7. Impellers 8 mounted on ends of shaft 7 are located in spiral tunnels 9 having inlet branch pipes 10 and outlet branch pipes 11 located in rectangular housing 12 which is provided with suction inlet hole 13 on one side and cylindrical ellipse-shaped head 14 and taper circular head 15 on other side. Secured by means of hinges 16 in cavity of rectangular housing 12 are curvilinear blinds 17 connected with thin metal ropes 18 which run through hinge guides 19 and are connected with flat disk 20 fitted on shaft of reduction gear 21 which is connected with drive pulley 4 of motor 3 by means of V-belt drive.
