FIELD: lubrication systems; hybrid lubricating systems with autonomous scavenge of oil from transmission units. SUBSTANCE: hybrid lubricating subsystem used in main reduction gear includes oil sump made integral with housing of main reduction gear. Varying level of oil in oil sump is preset distance between surface of oil and bottom of reduction gear housing. Radial projection located between cylindrical section and narrowed section of side wall of reduction gear housing forms together with them oil intake for nozzle passage. Oil intake directs peripheral flow of oil accumulating on bottom of reduction gear housing to oil sump having higher level of oil. End surface of ring-shaped plate of satellite holder revolving relative to side wall of reduction gear housing provides viscous delivery action, thus imparting peripheral and centrifugal velocity to oil making it move via passages through nozzle passage to higher level.
