FIELD: manufacture of helicopter main rotor blades. SUBSTANCE: device includes clamping-and-sealing unit for assembly and sealing for assembly and sealing of half-assemblage of blade and unit 50 for tension and laying of skin of blade tip on half-assemblage in the course of sealing. Clamping-and-sealing unit includes lower structure 12 with profiled upper backing 14 mounted on bearing framework and upper structure with pressure chamber secured on profiled plate over entire area. The plate is connected to bearing beam. After interconnected of upper and lower structures, excessive pressure is delivered to pressure chamber for sealing the components of assembled half-assemblage of blade. Unit 50 includes movable frame 52, upper and lower elongated supports (60U, 60L) mounted on frame for synchronous motion relative to it and row of suction cups mounted on each support. Rarefaction source 68 is communicated with suction cups to form vacuum attraction sources which attract blade tip skin pulling it up. Then blade tip skin is placed on half-assemblage of blade in the course of sealing it. EFFECT: facilitated procedure; improved quality of helicopter main rotor blades. 9 cl, 9 dwg
