FIELD: cleaning of compressed air from condensed moisture by dehumidification method making used of cold of surrounding medium. SUBSTANCE: plant consists of dehumidifying modules mounted on common base forming battery with the aid of distributing chambers with air supply and discharge branch pipes and condensate receiver. Each dehumidifying module includes supply collector - moisture separator, receiving collector-moisture separator with system of double-pipe heat exchanger members interconnecting the collectors of module. Collectors - moisture separators have cylindrical surface; collector is made in form of multi-housing design where humid and dry compartments are arranged as separate housings. Housings of collectors-moisture separators which are intersecting are combined by sections forming humid and dry air inlet and outlet chambers, as well as chambers for stepwise dehumidification in humid and dry compartments of collector. Ends of outer tubes of heat exchange members are connected to collector and are brought into chamber and ends of inner tubes are used to connect collector with chamber. Ends of tubes brought into chambers of compartment have sector cuts. Chambers are provided with vertical radiators. L-shaped passage formed inside chamber by means of partition connects compartments through openings. EFFECT: intensification of dehumidification process; reduction of labor consumption due to proper organization of humid and dry air flows; reduced usage of materials; reduced overall dimensions; each in service and repairs. 6 dwg
