FIELD: air treatment equipment for different industries, particularly for moisture droplets removal from compressed air with the use of cold.
SUBSTANCE: plant has modular driers arranged in row an connected one to another by overflow distribution chambers having air inlet and air outlet connection pipes. Arranged in each drier are feeding, collecting and distributing dehumidifying manifolds secured one to another by heat-exchangers of tube-in-tube type linked with feeding manifold. Ends of inner and outer heat exchanger pipes are inserted in distribution manifold. Dehumidifying manifolds are made as horizontal pipelines arranged so that lower pipelines are formed as single-chamber distribution manifolds. Heat exchangers are arranged in staggered rows in vertical direction.
EFFECT: simplified structure, reduced operational and maintenance costs.
