FIELD: instruments, in particular, for filling temperature transducers and relays. SUBSTANCE: method involves pumping down chamber which contains temperature-sensitive systems, which open ends are immersed into filling agent. Simultaneously with pumping, temperature in chamber is increased to level, which is less than temperature of decomposition of filling agent, then temperature in chamber is decreased down to room temperature. After this, systems are filled under normal atmospheric pressure. EFFECT: increased quality of filling, stable thermodynamic characteristics of temperature-sensitive systems filled using this method. 1 dwg
