FIELD: hydraulics.

SUBSTANCE: method includes evacuating the chamber filled with fluid and provided with closed systems, the open ends of which point downward, and filling the systems under the atmospheric pressure. When the chambers are evacuated, the open ends of the closed systems are arranged above the fluid. Before the pressurization of the chamber, the open ends are submerged into the fluid at a depth where the penetration of air into the closed systems is excluded.

EFFECT: enhanced quality of filling.
