FIELD: radio electronic equipment, in particular, digital information transmission. SUBSTANCE: device has pulse generator, D flip-flops, majority gate, clock oscillator, XOR gate, counter, decoder and D flip-flops. Majority gate with positive feedback circuit provides possibility to design demodulator with given level of non-sensitivity to fluctuations of leading edge of input pulses and with generation of demodulated signal in band of up to tens of MHz. Counter is fired depending of phase difference between input and clock signals, which is implemented by means of introduced XOR gate between clock oscillator and counter and setting the counter reset pulse duration to period of input signal. EFFECT: increased upper band, increased speed. 2 dwg
