FIELD: computer engineering. SUBSTANCE: device can be used at centers of message (package) switching in data transmission network of automated control system for control over data transmission over broadcast multipoint radio channel of dynamic structure. Technical result of invention lies in development of device enhancing carrying capacity thanks to expanded range of adaptation to change of parameters of input load. This is achieved by mix of device for adaptive control over data transmission in multiple access channel incorporating generator of random numbers , synchronizer, first AND gate, counter, first flip-flop, second AND gate, first comparator, condition switch, third AND gate, OR gate, storage, modulo 2 adder, second comparator, decoder, second flip-flop, correlator, meter of nonserviced load, meter of serviced load, solving unit, address analysis unit.
