Abstract RU 2136123 C1

FIELD: electrical heating equipment for chemistry, medicine and agriculture. SUBSTANCE: each phase of heater has winding, multiple-layer magnetic circuit, which is made from coaxial hollow pipes. Outer pipe is non- magnetic, inner pipe is ferromagnetic. Space between pipes is provided for passing and double-side heating of liquid. In addition device has simistor voltage regulator 9, phase-pulse control unit 10, zero device 11, and temperature detector 8. Heater windings 1 are connected to power supply A, B, C by means of triac voltage regulator 9, which is connected to phase-pulse device assembly 10 and to temperature detector 8 through zero device 11. Temperature detector 8 has connection to inner ferromagnetic tube which contains bladed magnetic circuit, which is made from electric steel. Inlets and outlets of device provide input and output of liquid. Tube is covered by caps on both sides in order to provide insulation of windings.
