Abstract RU 2205523 C1

FIELD: electric heating facilities, liquid heating in chemical, medical industries, in agriculture. SUBSTANCE: high-stability induction flowing heater has winding and multilayer magnetic core in each phase. Magnetic core comes in the form of coaxial hollow tubes, one tube is external nonmagnetic tube, internal tube is ferromagnetic with magnetic core made of electrical sheet steel. Clearance between tubes is utilized for passage and heating of liquid. Heater includes temperature-sensitive element having thermal contact with internal ferromagnetic tube, null detector, rectifier with capacitor of filter across output, three-phase semiconductor commutator, pulse distributor, pulse former, pulse generator. Windings of heater are connected with zero point to plus terminal of rectifier and capacitor of filter and with phase leads-out through transistors of commutator to minus leads of rectifier and capacitor of filter. Bases of transistors of three-phase semiconductor commutator are connected to output of pulse distributor and its input is connected through pulse former to pulse generator controlled by temperature-sensitive element through null detector.
