SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing mixture of strained vegetables at pressure above atmospheric pressure by introducing nonpolar condensed gas into mixture; homogenizing and sterilizing mixture by throttling till pressure is reduced to value below atmospheric pressure; providing aseptic canning of mixture. EFFECT: simplified method, reduced power consumption and reduced usage of spices.
