SUBSTANCE: method includes determination of mineral substance content in bone tissue with preparation of roentgenograms with use of wedge-like step standard; selection of examined section for determination of mineral substance content; building of lead plates with holes in their middle in ends of wedge-like step standard and synthesizing of algorithm for construction of smooth densitometric curve with interpolation of characteristic curve made with use of cubic splines to relate density of standard image to content of mineral substances in examined section.
